There currently isn't a platform like MLS in Costa Rica like in Canada or the US yet... although they are working it, so that is why it is so important to work with a licensed agent like me involved in the marketplace to give you the advice and confidence you need in making this investment.

When the time comes to place your deposit, it is important that you do so with the utmost security and peace of mind. The legal team will set up an escrow account, with full knowledge of customer procedures, that ensures that both parties are protected throughout the transaction process. The escrow account will securely hold your deposit — usually around 10% of the agreed sale price — until all conditions of the sale have been verified and confirmed, giving you assurance that everything has gone as planned.

The final component of a real estate transaction whether buying or selling is the closing. My team of legal experts will ensure that the closing process for your real estate transaction is seamless. From title transfers to financing documents, we'll make sure all the details are taken care of with precision and accuracy with legal counsel. After both parties have signed closing statements and purchase deed before a Notary, references are sent to Escrow for verification in order to ensure that disbursements are made with accuracy and efficiency. This adds security and peace of mind as you complete your real estate transaction.

After subjects are removed and the offer is final I don't stop there! I make sure we go over the next steps with you to consider and oftentimes I itemize these for my clients that want it, as I know this is a very busy time trying to get ready and move forward. It just makes the whole process easier! I do what I can to eliminate the "thinking" if you will and our clients that want this love it!
